Handling Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 10-12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damaged or Lost Packages
James Martin Art LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim at support@artbyjamesmartin.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
