We accept returns on all full-price merchandise within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@jamesmartin.com. Your item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any applicable refunds. For specific details regarding return shipping fees, please contact our support team.
Return Process
When returning an item, ensure it is properly packaged and labeled before dropping it off at the designated carrier or scheduling a pick-up. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to inspect and process your return. Delivery times for processed returns may vary depending on your location.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
James Martin reserves the right to refuse returns if they fall outside the 14-day return period or if the artwork has been altered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Storage
Please handle and store artworks with care upon receipt, as artworks damaged due to poor treatment or storage after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
